Why might a site fail to get listed? Limited baseball betting offerings, poor payout record like withholding player funds or placing limits on the accounts of winning players, not offering CAD wagering or not offering mobile betting.
Each site I list has satisfied my review criteria, however, they are each different in their service offerings. So read the reviews and choose based on your own preferences and requirements, not a phoney rating scheme. If you like to shop for the best odds, it might make sense to sign up with more than one so that you can maximize your winnings.

Are there baseball betting sites that accept PayPal?
For Canadians, unfortunately no. There are no PayPal betting sites for Canada. PayPal is likely the most popular way to transfer money and pay online. While some sportsbooks accept PayPal and display their mark of acceptance to process deposits and withdrawals to and from their customers’ betting accounts, they only do this for customers in certain European countries. PayPal has internal policies that mean it will NOT process transactions for Canadians to betting sites and other forms of online gaming like casinos or poker sites.

If you’ve ever used the Interac Email Transfer from your online banking profile and like its simplicity, many betting sites are looking to offer it, including Sports Interaction below.
If you want the charges to go on your credit card, you can use them directly with the sportsbook but all Canadian Credit Card companies treat online gaming and betting transactions as cash advances, and this means there are interest charges from the time of the transaction. Alternatively, you can charge your card, avoid cash advance charges, maintain privacy and security of your card with services called Entropay and EcoCard. These services essentially create prepaid Visa and MasterCard cards respectively. Since these are prepaid cards that you load with your credit card, you will avoid making the direct “cash advance” gaming site transaction directly with your credit card. Plus, your statement won’t show the gaming company itself but rather Entropay or EcoCard. ClickandBuy also allows you to pay with or link your credit card to your account with them with the same benefits, or you can link a bank account. ClickandBuy is most similar to PayPal in capability.
If you prefer, you can transfer money directly from your bank to these betting sites through your bank. It is extremely secure and there are essentially no transaction limits. The betting site will display their bank details and a reference number, you simply share this information with your bank and the transfer will be completed in a few days.
